Delete account

1. In the app

1. Open DoChron on your phone.
2. Tap Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

2. On a computer

Go to https://app.dochron.com/account with the same account, click Delete account and confirm.

3. By email

No access to the app? Write to privacidade@dochron.com.br from your account email with the subject “Delete account”. We may ask for a confirmation to make sure the account is yours. We complete the request within 15 days.

4. What happens right away

• you are signed out on all devices and sign-in through Apple, Google and email is removed;
• if you signed in with Apple, DoChron's access to your Apple account is revoked;
• notifications stop;
• share links stop working;
• session sends that have not been accepted are cancelled.

5. What is deleted within 30 days

• account and profile (name, nickname, email, photo, preferences, vehicles);
• sessions, laps, ideal laps and telemetry on the server;
• group memberships and your lap times in rankings; a group you created passes to another member or is deleted if it is left empty;
• share links, notifications and your record at RevenueCat.

6. What remains

• Subscriptions: deleting your account does not stop billing. Cancel first in the App Store or Google Play.
• Purchase records stay with Apple and Google, under their rules.
• An irreversible code (hash) of the email and the Apple or Google accounts, only to prevent a new free trial.
• A track reference line that came from one of your laps, without your name.
• Sessions you sent that another driver accepted, which are theirs.
• Files on your device (XRK, XRZ, videos): delete them or uninstall the app.

7. Permanent deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. A new account with the same email starts empty and without a new free trial. Details in the Privacy Policy (dochron.com/en/privacy).
